This video quickly shows how to export a Metahuman character, complete with clothing, from Unreal Engine for import into Autodesk MotionBuilder for further characterization, motion capture retargeting and/or control rig animation.
This video does not provide a step-by-step walkthrough of the characterization process, since Simon Kay's Mocappys channel already has probably the best single tutorial on that process already. If you're not already familiar with characterizing in MoBu, go check that out here:

What do you with all the extra deformation joints beyond the base? Recreate all the constraints for all of them? Without it will deform poorly.

when importing its not getting merged its creating another root for each mesh i import how to fix that

does it import facial blendshapes as well?

Mobu does in general, but this approach only brings in the body geo and joint system. Honestly, Unreal's Take Recorder and Sequencer are already pretty ideal for capturing and editing facial motion capture and animation, so I tend to only use Mobu for body and props.

Assuming I didn't do anything wrong...with metahumans 0.5.0, the preview meshes no longer have the head attached to it?...So how do we get rights into motionbuilder now???

Nope... this just just for body animation/mocap.
