Chigg. Man you're awesome. But man I'll tell ya. Me and mine are in a rough way. We bought a house in October and we just had our second child on November 11th. On November 13th we found out we have a failed septic system, and it is completely unusable. Our contract and everything says city sewage. It would seem cut and dry that we got scammed and it is. But the timeline for a legal remedy is really long. Like a year or more. Meanwhile we have no way to dispose of our waste leaving the house unlivable. We are now facing being homeless before Xmas and still having to pay our mortgage. We are trying our best to make it day to day but he stress is alot. My wife and I are hard working honest people who got the short end of a crappy stick. If anyone could help make sure this can't happen to anyone else, please. It could happen to anyone. It could happen to your family. Merry Christmas everyone and don't take what you have for granted.

Hey Chigg, my name is Brenner, and I have been watching your videos for years! I am currently living in Morristown, Arizona, where I am metal detecting for gold! I bought my detectors and have become friends with Mr Bill southern! I only heard about him and learned about him through your videos when you are out there! You are actually the reason I am here. Anyways, the reason I'm leaving a comment is because recently I've noticed you keep saying a yapping video or a rambling on video... It's like all of a sudden you've become conscious, concerned and apologetic, about you giving so much commentary, and doing a lot of chatting...anyways, I just wanted you to know that half the reason I love your videos is because I love hearing you talk and ramble on... I love hearing your thoughts and your input, your curiosity and your educational words! Please stop worrying about chatting so much, and just keep being you're awesome, talkative, friendly self!

Beau here's an idea, perhaps you could share some short videos that your fans produce. Being an artifact hunter all my life I ended up here in Central Mexico and found the best metal detecting ever in my life. Old Mexican villages, the oldest dated coins are 1808. Buttons of the French, Spanish and Mexican militaries. I haven't seen anything yet on detecting these really old places here in Mexico.
@centralmexicodogsanctuarya45904 жыл бұрын
@Eric Ferguson Eric it is wide open down here. There are no laws about finding Spanish stuff. It has taken me about two years to get to the people that can take me to these places. I just got to an untouched village where we found a ton of stuff and there is no trash, no bottle tops, pull tabs or cans. And I am on track for three more villages like this one, very remote.

This was a nice little ramble Chigg, glad you weren't skunked. Looks like you found a nice mound of Thatch Ants. They are a good ant to have around as they keep an area pretty clean of nasty bugs like carpenter ants and termites. They are aphid herders however so gardeners aren't so fond of them, but they are well worth protecting. I have seen great mounds of them in our forests, not to far from where I live, and we have several on our property when I was a kid. We knew better than to stir them up for they were fierce defenders. Here is a link to an article about them. www.trailkeepersoforegon.org/mound-builders-of-the-forest-western-thatch-ants/

It all depends on what happens. First, Chigg would need to report it and turn it in. The people that handles finds then would put it up for auction. If it is sold, the money from the sale is split between the finder and the land owner. If it does not sale, then I think, it would be returned back to Chigg.
