We are near Denton....what detector are you using to help identify coins vs iron?

Depending on the site & environmental conditions, there are several different detectors that we use in the field. We also have different sizes of coils for each machine. Minelab Equinox 800 Minelab E-trac Garrett AT Max Garrett AT Pro

We’ve never used that particular machine before. If you end up in the market for a new detector though, let us know. We can certainly recommend some options and a few sites & sellers to you as well.

You should see what clubs are down that way. There’s gotta be at least one in your area. If so, I’d consider joining so that you can meet some fellow detectorists and get-in on some hunts. It’s a good way to meet folks and find some hunting buddies too!

We miss y’all too! The last 6 months have been kinda crazy. I’ll have to fill you in on the details at some point. That being said, we’re finally getting back to digging in the dirt again and hoping to get some new content posted soon.
