What fantastic finds. So much history on that field. I do hope maybe some day you can provide a layout of the land with your GPS waypoints ((no need for the actual coordinates) maybe just a dot on the map to show the difference finds and maybe the years associated within the finds. Hi Hans. Greetings from Australia.The piece of lead at 3:10 looks like a "Cornucopia" which was an ancient Greek/Roman symbol of plenty of food. There are several different legends about it but it is essentially a Ram's horn with a bounty of fruits spilling out. The symbol has been used for a long time.

Ok, I have thought long and hard about this and I have just one little suggestion for you. Buy a Plow! Just one and use it on whatever strip of land you come across...Can you imagine what you would find? Unlimited Possibilities! Now, I'm trying to imagine you on a Plow!...maybe a plow blade with some mules....;) TC, Anna

haha. . yea right. . .I would plow the field anytime I want even if the field is under crops :D I would make me some friends! the plow is an ambivalent thing. on the one hand it pulls up new finds from undetectable depths, on the other hand it destroys a lot of finds. . . all the best, hans

Such a small piece of land and so many good finds...that field stays amazing! Just imagine how much is history is lying there (also deeper that the detector can reach) its mind blowing... When all is harvested and you have the space there the chances on finding a gold coin should be quite high, cant wait to see more of that field :D Greetings Lars
