Awesome finds! those old coins are beautiful and fantastic! I too thought a ball bell, but I think you are right, has to connect to a rod of some sort, and that being so thin, my guess too is a curtain rod. Love your dad's artwork! He is very talented indeed!

Wonderful to see you and your family having fun together. Each time I watch we see more siblings coming out of the woodwork lol. Did you Dad not want to come along this time? I love his boat pics. Y’all found some interesting coins I always wondered if the states had their own coinage before fed was set up. I’ll have to look at my state now although New Jersey was populated early by European colonists and probably a stepping off point before populations moved on down south and out west. Thanks for another awesome video

Thanks Jenn!, Dad can’t make it to that spot the terrain is a bit treacherous, but if he could he would.the history of the coins are intriguing, thanks for watching!

Nice Large Copper, looks better than the couple I found a few months ago in the farm field. Tried cleaning one and the surface started to fall apart using a toothpick.
@underthesurface4435 Жыл бұрын
We got very lucky with its condition. If these coins get planted deep in the mud they keep, if they get rolled around they are barely identifiable.
@sparkyjo08 Жыл бұрын
Not sure if someone commented or not (to lazy to scroll the comments lol) but that button you said was a 4 leaf clover is actually a Tudor Rose cuff button.. Most likely military, mid-late 1700’s

In which one of your family members dug up the piece of trash on the beach and then take it with them and just left it there the old beer canned pool tab most detectors pick up their trash and take it with them
@underthesurface4435 Жыл бұрын
Can’t say I like how you are wording your question. If you have watched any of my videos….especially the beach garbage and recycling challenges, you would know that posing that question to me or any of my “ family members” is unnecessary. Every year we pick up hundreds of pounds of lead, brass, aluminum, plastic, , far more I can guarantee, than most detectors…. Wow, you think you hit a soar spot?
@kenharber3676 Жыл бұрын
Had to reply, I also detect in the same places, and we put tons of trash in the garbage every year. You can’t carry it all out these places are underwater junkyards. The Under the Surface are a nice bunch 👍
