Behold, the 21st Century Lobo Super Traq....(showin' my age!), ...courtesy of Nokta Makro Eu. A real sound review as always John. This machine is worth the extra bucks for sure imo. Perfect for 'turn on and go' newcomers, and the more aquaint. Amazing performance on those low conductivity targets, esp: for depth merchants! Tough as a Turk. Collapsible......yada yada. The 'not 100% water-tight' isn't much of an issue really, considering the arid locales most gold-seekers will find themselves searching in. The satellite speaker is a must for rattler, brown-snake territories..Well turned out machine all in all.
@thehuntergt3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Tim. I would like to see the MAP price match the Gold Kruzer when released here in the states - but technology and RnD does not come cheap. People seem to think because it is easy to use that it should be cheaper - but in reality making something complicated into something easy to operate costs $$$. Not being waterproof matters little to me personally. Every single gold prospecting nugget shooting video I have seen has been a dry arid region - never underwater. Get a dredge at that point. Plenty of rattlers here...so I enjoy the speaker for sure.
@KernowekTim3 жыл бұрын
@@thehuntergt Exactly, on all your points of view. People eh? Alot of the 'new breed' ask, " ....Yeh I know.. (Yeh right do they), but how deep does it go mate?" Fully aware that they have scant knowledge of how to dig a small hole correctly, never mind one that is in excess of the depth of their nostrils!
@diggingwithphasetech3 жыл бұрын
@@thehuntergt I think the wireless speaker and retractable shaft account for the small price increase over the Gold Kruzer. Also includes the headphone adaptor and external battery pod.

Hi there. I have never used the Safari so not sure how it works on small gold. They do not market it as a gold prospecting machine like this one. Equinox 800 does have a gold mode at 40kHz that does work very well.

hmm, wonder why you cant turn off the backlight? hopefully its a software fix and not a full-on requirement for the LCD to work. Nokta Makro is going directly for the throat with ML's competing GM 1000 - "both slogans say Turn on and go Technology,fully automatic." names are very similar. ONe thing that really irked me on the GM1000 was the requiring of constant pumping of the surrounding soil matrix hopefully the GF 2000 doesnt require constant pumping, that to me took alot to get used to or shall i say got frustrated that i sold that machine, the design was horrid because of the dumb rod assembly. ANyways good video HGT! oh , did ML give you any flack for selling a competing model?? btw nice monty testing on that machine, did really well.

It’s a TMD 101 with a frequeny change. Similar to the Gold Monster 1000 but with a much nicer collapsible shaft system, higher frequency, an onboard pinpoint function and a concentric coil option.
@thehuntergt3 жыл бұрын
Correct - however most outside of LEO type work have never heard of the TMD. This format not being special use case will sell at a much higher ratio. This being named the Gold Finder 2000 is obviously a direct shot at the Gold Monster 1000 name. I am sure ML was thrilled. Thanks for watching.

Hi Emmy. Thank you for watching. On a gold bar this can likely detect it at 12 - 18 inches or more in dirt. On the small gold I test in this video - maybe 3-4 inches in dirt.
