It’s Hebrew I did a screenshot and Google image translate it picked out the middle band and says it say “ And she is a Testing God “ try doing it with your phone to get the rest the other ring is Tantalum pronounced ~ Tan-Tuh-Lum - it’s actually quite valuable melt used in capacitors in electronics

The silver ring is ...I Am My Beloved Hebrew Ring, Ani Ledodi, triple band ribbon Sterling Silver, Jewish rings, israeli jewelry..... We find them a lot here in Myrtle Beach....2 to 4 a year....
