Some very neat pre-decimals found using the Manticore and M8 coil. The location certainly warrants some more time detecting in. I look forward to seeing what you find on your next visit.

Thanks John. Unfortunately not everywhere has nice soft soil like this. It’s almost summer here and the ground is getting VERY hard! I dare say I’ll be beach detecting a lot more over the coming months.

Wheat penny were struck 1909-1958, the date would be on the right side, by Lincoln's chest. Like you showing us how you set your detector. Fun watching what you come up with. Enjoy

After a bit of a tumble, I could see that the wheaty is dated 1919! Older than expected.
