Maybe I focused way too hard on it (and It's far too early in the morning for me to be trying to think straight), but...the way his lips move makes it seem like he said "I don't want to leave"... Is there a chance the lines were changed in post or something? Cause the way his tongue moves is more reminiscent of the the L sound to me, and the way the corners of his lips quirk at the end of the word leave me with the impression of a V sound. Again, it is way too early to be thinking this deeply on something so silly, but, hey. It caught my attention and figured someone may have seen it as well or has two cents to chip in perhaps.

It's just the accent. When he says a word like go, he closes the vowel towards the end and so his lips move closer together.
