Kai make after the Split....his Band Gamma Ray and helped Blind Guardian and later Avantasia. All worth hearing. Michael Kiske make the Band Unisonic and 2 Albums with Amanda Somerfield (she sings with Avantasia too).

Keeper of the seven Keys was the first metal LP I ever bought. Old Halloween is still the best in power metal and Kieske is still amazing.
