Its such an awesome reference to the Metal Gear Solid Game while watching (haven't played any Metal Gear Games myself) the Cutscenes from Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots. I loved the fight scene between Old Snake and Liquid Ocelot. They used the old health bars from Metal Gear Solid as one is showed in the video.
