for the record as of THIS "Metal Gear" Sahelanthropus would have gotten defeated by REX and RAY STILL no really it wasnt even controlled by a pilot and wasn't even finished nor got an upgrade, its armor is horrible and both i terms of gameplay AND lore the armor was really shitty and can be taken down by mere missle infantry...not only that Mantis was controlling this thing like a puppet so thats another slash on it's cons, if this thing was given the proper hardware, and tech it would honestly go up to the current metal gear...........maybe

To be fair I think sahelanthropus would smoke ray and Rex. If you think about it ray was supposed to be more superior than Rex and yet in msg 4 Rex still managed to beat ray. Would be a interesting fight to see tho tbh

If you played MGS3 then you already know that Man on fire is Volgin;while leaving Sokolov research facility he used a Davy Crockett M-29 nuclear launcher and before detonation he said Remember the Alamo. So my guess is Skullface said this to remember when Volgin used the Davy Crockett because this shit about to get lit!

@@isaiahnavarro8268 They for sure see Mantis as well, when Skullface questions Sahelanthropus's activation, he isn't talking about who activated it, he's talking about why it was activated. Mantis in MGSV had no affiliation with anyone, he just wanted to kill as many people as possible. Whenever he reads the mind of someone who wants revenge, he affiliates himself with them and wears their memorabilia (notice his sleeves are on fire when he controls Volgin, red beret on shoulder when he's attracted by Eli, shrapnel in head when he's attracted to Snake, etc.) When Skullface questions why Mantis is doing this, he's referring to the fact that Eli had the greatest want for revenge in the vicinity, and was confused how anyone had a greater lust for revenge than Skullface.

Tretij is attracted to negative feelings, Eli thirst for revenge agaisnt Big Boss was even more stronger than Volgin's. So he stole Sahelanthropus for Eli.

The camera man makes me nauseous and dizzy. He is horrible at his job LOL. Shaking about and moving back and forth, left to right like a mad man. Really frantic B grade home filming... This 1 cut system sucks. And the story sucks even more. This scene is comical, anticlimactic and stupid as hell.
