After playing through the main part of the demo level, I didn’t think I could be anymore hyped for this game. But my god this music playing during the boss fight got me even more excited for this game. It’s been on my radar since the game awards last December and playing the demo solidified that day 1 purchase. I know they’re working on if the are going to release the soundtrack but I’m really hoping they do. I won’t just stream it, I will purchase it. Digitally and physically if they release a physical version. This stuff needs to be supported. If it does well enough I would love to see additional levels with more vocalists added. There are so many I’d love to see in the game.

Another good rhythm based FPS shooter that I like is called BPM: Bullets Per Minute, but the first 2 songs in this demo have a slightly slower tempo to the songs in BPM. Plenty of variety within that time span too(the album "Projector" is one Stanne's best performances with clean vocals ever). I will say though, if songs similar to this one make it into the band's actual catalog, it would be quite a return to form.

I still think there won't be that many levels. Hopefully, they'll be somewhat longer than Stygia. But I think the replay value is already very high. And if they'll add some challenge modes and other things, then it's gonna worth it for sure! I'm very curious. I think even if the game will be short, the competition for high scores will make the player base active. I really hope there will be some anti-cheat though. Would be disappointing to see impossible scores. Also I know they are reworking the scoring system for very obvious reasons, I hope it's gonna be good!

Theoretically it wouldn't even be hard, since all you'd need to do is import a song and have the tempo/beats sync up. You wouldn't have the individual stages that you get form the fury, but would still be sick af!
