I'd love a version of the OST where all the lyrics are sung with clean vocals. The "only clean vocals" versions aren't really worth it to me for 6 sentences in a 6 minute song. 😅 At least I like the original Burial at Night, Stygia on the other hand I find the growls hard to listen to.

That is true, but what I think the title meant was that the vocal focus was on the clean, while Agretsuko was more of a nice addition.

Throat cancer? Actually deeper growls would be very hard with actual throat cancer. Not listening to that style of music is fine of course but you missed out on a ton of amazing releases last year

If you don't like the vocals, don't slight them, just say so. Plenty of people think the vocals are fucking amazing.
