I'm in Peru visiting family, and it's already been a few months since the Meteora20 released, and the first thing I heard when i got here and got into a taxi was Lost. It made me want to cry, I know it hit the top of Billboard 500 in like every country the day it released. But the fact that it's still going and Chesters legacy is still alive is incredible. I remember when I took this certain English class in 2017 and the teacher gave us Linkin Park's "In the End" and was like, "this will be the material for your speaking test. I don't want the boring, old conversational dialogues so just memorize the lyrics and rap the heck out of it!" The teacher played the song in class so everyone could learn the lyrics while me, being a LP fan since I was kid, could only tremble because it was just a few months away since Chester's passing.
