METAL LOCK DRIVERS! | Random Booster Vol. 24 Unboxing & Test Battle | Beyblade Burst Sparking/Surge

Random Booster Volume 24 was looking to be kind of disappointing, but Takara Tomy added in some pretty interesting parts. Two of these Beys come with new Metal Lock Drivers! We initially thought that these Drivers were going to have metal tips. Boy, were we wrong. The Metal Lock Drivers have reinforced springs, making these pieces even stronger than your regular Drivers. They lock in nice and tight and add a fair amount of weight compared to their plastic versions. On top of all that, all of the Bey designs are inspired by limited editions and other fancy versions released by Takara Tomy. There's a ton of gold Chassis parts to look forward to. We definitely judged this set too harshly, but we think it's worth getting now just for those new Drivers and gold Chassis.

Okay...we'll admit that we judged this set too quickly 😂 We weren't fans of the idea of having a Random Booster filled with recolours, but the Metal Lock Drivers make it all worth it! Nice to see Takara Tomy innovating on their Driver designs again and taking it a step further. Hope we see newer Drivers with the same metal upgrades! Will you be picking up RB24 now?

They made the tabs smaller on the Metal Spring Lock Drivers so they dont do too much damage to the teeth of the beyblades when they unlock.

i've got lucky getting first uranus metal accel for this random booster..at first, the lock metal driver quite tight..but after i duel with my own combo using knockout valkyrie accel '..the teeth of the 1D damage easily on the first lock🤦🏻‍♂️

Quick suggestion for a mini-series, you should try out different combos from us commenters and make it to where we know, at the end of tge vid tell that the next one will be a review or something like that. This is just a suggestion if you want to try something new, but my personal combo is: Layer: Spryzen Requiem Disc: 8 - kind Geist Fafnir comes with Frame: Glaive Tip: Hasbro: Destroy-S Takara Tomy: Destroy' / Destroy Dash Its incredible in my personal opinion and my best combo.

Honestly, all of these recolors look amazing. If you ask me, this is by far the best Random Booster when it comes to the layers themselves. Superking has has a problem with actually giving us layers that are worth a darn, so it pleases me that this RB has great looking layers as well as a good number actually from the Superking system. The other parts are kinda eh, but you’re mainly buying these for the layers, the colored chassis, and the Metal Drivers. I am not too big on the Metal drivers, especially since they literally make the Dash drivers obsolete and there the risk of them ruining the teeth. But it’s at least a little more interesting than the High Drivers. I dread seeing a Metal High Driver in the future. Overall, I like this Random Booster far more than the last three, but then again that’s not a high bar to clear since Superking’s RBs were so weak.

TT honestly introduced the metal drivers too early imo. I'm not liking those drivers right now. The metal springs could result in massive teeth wear, and we already have dash drivers, stoppers, and double Chassis. Why take the "burst" out of Beyblade Burst so much, TT?
