Thank you, great video. Pro tip from a retired electrician. Greenlee Knockouts have a mark every 90 degrees, if you extend your layout lines and line up the marks, your hole placement will be perfect.

Nice video, thanks! 15/16 ths an odd size? Maybe for you-I use that and 1 1/16th size all the time in the Heating and Cooling piping.

Every since I sliced myself open using a fly cutter I will not use them anymore. I use a #1 tapered pin router bit to cut holes in all of my projects. Square,round oblong, triangle doesn't matter. Thick or thin stock no problem. Just follow the scribed marks and finish with a rotary file and a hand file.
