@NoobGamez11073 жыл бұрын
his range is insane. I've stepped away from a lot of deathcore because so many bands sound the same. Like you can only play so fast or slow and tune so low. Felt like the genre has been growing stale, and there's only a few bands at least attempting something new. The coolest thing to happen in deathcore in like 5 years is singing lol. These guys really rustle my jimmies tho. They touch tips with other subgenres and mesh it so well
@BulletProofBacon3 жыл бұрын
@@NoobGamez1107 touching tips is a weird way to say it, but yes. I honestly can’t stand much deathcore because of how repetitive it is. But To The Grave, Reflections, HLB, and a couple others are profoundly interesting. I love that their songs have distinguishable parts, rather than monotonous blast beats over and over
@NoobGamez11073 жыл бұрын
@@BulletProofBacon weird, but it worked lol. and yeah like i love hearing new bands hit the scene and do cool new things and it's cool to hear bands that have been the giants of the genre like Whitechapel, FFAA, Chelsea Grin, and The Acacia Strain all try new things in a more subtle way, without necessarily changing their sound entirely. I used to LOVE Thy Art but it feels like they keep putting out the same songs and I feel like too many bands want to sound like all of the bands that have been around for 10+ years and it's just kinda boring to listen to

I heard their musics before, all of their musics except this one are boring, most of their songs are messed noises, it's like grind deathcore, not even catchy at all, it's far away from darko us, why I refer darko us, because despite their brutality, their songs are really structured and catchy as fuck, that's what to the grave really missing until this song, ( on point beat, constant drum work with electronic effect + catchy hook, even with minimum guitar or no guitar at all vibe with chaotic scream, maybe that style not really new, but it's all about the execution, darko us did it better with more effective tune.
