Metal Shaping Power hammer (similar Pullmax) Episode 2

I spent a lot of time on modeling and implementation.
In this video, you will see only one of the episodes on the manufacture of a power hammer, for forming metal. In my case, it is the production of wings (fenders), gas tanks and various forms.
Also, over time, I will make nozzles for various forming tasks.

Very very nice!!! Thumbs up! May I ask -> which plain bearing did you use between the shaft and the bore? It's a regular bronze bearing?? It snaps into place very stably...!

Hello . Yes its Bronze bearing . After finished I'm added oil inside ,and shaft going suffice smooth

@@chopper_1987_ thx for answering, can you perhaps a additional video of operating of your machine ? Especially interesring is the shrink performance which depends mainly from frame stiffness. Your design look great and very stiff. Only I want connect the hammer shaft via a eccentric disc on the motor shaft.
