The thing I have always loved about Metal Slug since I was a kid was the sheer variety of enemy encounters in these games. Not very many games are able to create such a vast cast of enemies while making them all unique & memorial while being fun to fight. More games need to take lessons from Metal Slug in this regard.

Wanna give Cuphead a try? It's actually a Metal-Slug-like game, but hard-core. But everyone says that game is a must have for all run 'n gun fans. Apart from that, nice run.

I would say Metal Slug is WAY harder than Cuphead. That game really isn't that bad (when compared to Metal Slug), just have to memorize patterns and you're good to go.

I'd disagree. Cuphead is more focused on Boss fights with multiple phases to navigate through. There are Run and Gun stages but they don't necessarily have anything I would describe as Bosses at the end of it. And the multi Phase boss fights simply outnumber the Run and Guns in the Game. Still a Good Game but not what I'd look to as a Metal Slug Game beyond the Control style and the Run and Gun. Also no Vehicles with health bars. You still get one hit death even when you're in a plane in the SHUMP Tribute levels.

Im not sure, watching it at the lowest speed possible and he went inside the metal slug before getting hit, the green orb was just a pixel away from hitting him but the next frame has the infinite ammo and bomb count changed meaning he went inside and the orb passed through him... I looked at a few more random moments of him riding in the metal slug and it looks like the game counts you are riding the metal slug before the animation of you getting in appears

La version final de MS5 en arcades y consolas estaba incompleta y fue apresurada, algunos conocedores del tema lograron rescatar algunos archivos y implementarlos al juego (entre ellos a la tortuga de piedra y la version final de Scyther) creo que se pueden conseguir para pc aunque no me hagas mucho caso respecto a esto ultimo porque la verdad no sé
