Metal Slug Tactics - Marco Build - Marco/Fio Synergy

This was a build idea I had for Marco, but ended up having a ton of synergy with Fio. The idea I was going for with Marco was to use Optimized Algorithm to get the cost of Tactical Strike down to 4 or less, then just spam Tactical Strikes. Tactical Strike II is pretty much enough damage to take out most units on lower difficulties.
Setting this up showed some interesting synergy with Fio and Overheating/Killing Spree. If Fio can get 5 adrenaline, and Marco gives her Boost III (+5 adrenaline, and refund the adrenaline for the next special action), she can use Overheating 3 times, which means +3 damage on her basic attack (8 damage if you’re using the Double Hits loadout). It really makes getting the Marco/Fio dialogue for using Overheating three times in a turn.
