Looks really nice! When I built mine I put casters on it to make it moveable in the shop so I could wheel it to my worksite or push it up against the wall. Gives me lots more room in the shop!

Nice way to recover scrap laying around in the workshop...Just one suggestion round the edges of each piece to avoid injury especially those pieces close to eye level...Cant be too safe

As he painted the rack @6:06, you can see he fully welded it...

It's indeed fully welded. Looked back as well. Used tacks to be able to move it in place, and probably welded it all together when it was all tacked in. Not uncommon, I do it quite often myself

Great skills but an average idea as it will always be hard to pick a certain piece of metal and move it away. Impossible without touching other pieces.
