In a few of your videos you've mentioned that Jin would be projecting really loudly if you were in a room with him. I find that very interesting because Jin is the only one of them who has had theatre/acting training and I think that is a big part of that. Pretty sure when you train for acting on stage, they teach you how to project your voice and that has probably bled over a lot into his singing voice.

Yeah Jin is definitely a belter. Also there is no performance in front of crowd for this because this was during the pandemic and they usually sing their Japanese songs when they’re performing in Japan so their recent Japanese songs don’t have a performance in front of an audience

- Stay Gold is a stable on my motivational playlist. The chorus sticks to the brain like freakin glue! 😆 - It never seizes to amaze me how V is able to bring his baritone up so high. He really has a gorgeous voice. And Jin's sustained high notes are absolutely *chef's kiss* - I actually recommended the first live performance to Meg but now, having seen the second performance for the first time, I think I have a new favorite so thank you to whomever recommended that one. 💜🥰👍💜

15:16 Yeah there was a famous vocalist professional in korea forgot what exactly he said but he said something about Jin's vocal suit rock songs and songs with strong vocal projection and that he noticed when jin was live with bts and in some high notes and other notes he kind of control his strength if that makes sense? But alot of the people in the audience were confused because many people feel like Jin do more OST like softer songs and he did alot of OST (songs for dramas and movies) but I definitely think he do have the vocals with strong projection and that can do rock songs like that guy said that is if Jin himself wants but he is definitely capable that I think some people were surprised about

Stay Gold is an amazing song. It actually came out during Covid, so it was a nice happy song telling us to stay positive. ONE OF MY FAVORITE MUSIC VIDEOS! I love how the gold trail leads them to each other into this version of paradise. It’s also very cinematic and beautiful. This song live is just even more beautiful. Also I can’t listen to this song the same way anymore because of tiktok. If you know, you know 😭 Edit: Stay Gold is not part of the BU, people use some clips to showcase it better but it’s not a part of it. Also Hobipalooza still lingers in my mind, I rewatch it every once in a while

As you said, it's impossible not to smile seeing them, they always pass a so special, positive energy.... it's like a miracle what Hitman Bang did... He choose seven special human beings, so talented, anyone on his particular way, He gave them tools to develop and share their talents and develop those they didn't even know they had. Gave them tools to learn how to live together, how to solve the struggles or at least how to controll it to not achieve a breaking point. I love the message of this song, the lyrics are beautiful as is the music, and of course BTS killed it. This song reminds me to keep going, no matter how rough it is, how dark things are, there are still beautiful things in the world and you just have to hold on and never give up. I listen to it a lot. I heard Jimin in a number of places in that lyric video where they didn’t show him as singing, so I’m not sure it was accurate. His voice is distinctive so I’m pretty confident it was him. And my fav moment in the whole video is at the end with Jimin and JK. They harmonize very well. All of their duets are fire. As are V and Jimin’s duets. I hope you listen to “Your Eyes Tell” - it’s another one where their lives are just them either sitting or standing and it is a beautiful, beautiful song. It’s one of my fav OSTs and JK has credits on it. I think they did it in the same program as the live in this video where they are singing with the tree. Honestly, I think this song is way under appreciated. Enjoying your reactions a lot.

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your BTS reactions. I am an older ARMY and do not usually subscribe however, your reactions seem to be genuine and, being a musician yourself, you appreciate the talent of these wonderful guys. Like most, BTS found me in the lowest/deepest time in my life. After losing my husband suddenly, I had to relocate from the U.S. (after 23 years) back to my home country of Australia in the midst of the Covid pandemic and during my time alone in a government mandated hotel quarantine of 14 days it was BTS that kept me sane. I doubt there will ever be another group to match BTS and all they mean to so many people. I feel very fortunate to be able to witness this phenomenon. Please continue to do what you do best and I wish you every happiness for the future. 💜💜

I love this song so much... when I started discovering BTS, this is actually the song that pushed me to the rabbit hole. It helped me push myself to stay sane working in the 4 corners of my room due to covid. then partnered it with Life Goes On... and I discovered Answer: Love Myself and of course Magic Shop which I became too deep into the hole. As you get deeper into their discography, there is no way out. But the thing is, I no longer look for a way out, I'll be with the tannies forever same as how I will always find comfort on their songs.

I love how they were in dark, dim environments when they were alone, but when they were together their world became beautiful and bright. I feel like this could be a reference to their amazing brotherhood, but also that they were hoping that we all found our people who could bring us out of darkness to the light. They were so committed to being a hopeful place during the pandemic. I couldn't love these guys more if I tried.

Yes, there will be a lot of performances without a crowd due to the pandemic. But they still kept ARMY well fed! “Map of the Soul 7” in Feb 2020, right when things were shutting down. (So no tour for this album at all.) The “Be” Album was released in Nov 2020 as they pivoted to share their feelings through music. A lot of award show performances, late night talk show performances, etc.

"Jin is loud". You reminded me, I watched a singer in a backyard recital kick the mike away because his projection was That Big. If you do the BU… good luck. It’s extremely complicated and intricate. People literally do whole studies and deep research for it. They do frame by frame for the content so they don’t miss anything. They reread the notes and the webtoon to analyze it. Those are the hardcore BU armies. Armies still get confused on it and it’s not finished yet, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t understand it or get confused

Yeah this was really cool🙄. I especially really liked the second one as well. Actually now that i think about it maybe sometimes you should do two live performances 😮. Cause you know, every live performance is so different from one another maybe you could watch two from time to time. Like if you want more or just want to see how a different one looks, and it could end up being even better than the first. For example some songs they do the choreo and others they do other activities or just run around the stage having fun. In such a reaction you could react to one where they do the chreo and one where they're just moving freely. Of course, that's up to you, but that idea just sounded like fun to me🙄😁💜
