Dan totally changed his presentation. Full body silhouette, wide stance, lots of hair flips, holding the mic stand, shadowing parts of his face...all making him look even more like a metal beast. (Yes, I see what I did there.) His voice is as glorious as ever. Perfection. And Victor on guitars just slayed it. Fantastic cover!

I've been waiting for Dan Vask to cover Deep Purple's ~ Perfect Strangers, in the style of Bruce Dickinson. There are very few people on this planet that can even dance around this level of performance. This song was then ... and is still now the bar for entry into a VERY EXCLUSIVE VOCAL CLUB. This song is based on a dream/nightmare Steve Harris had after watching the horror movie the Omen 2. If you watch the original song "The Number of the Beast" video by Iron Maiden the guy in the red devil suit is now the current drummer Nicko McBrain, who is a massive Christian. Clive Burr was the drummer at the time. Good cover, but no one can touch Iron Maiden😜 Up the mighty Irons!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘

Um...it's absolutely marked as a COVER. Plus...it's not even cookie-cut. Dan ALWAYS puts his own wonderful stamp on the covers he does. Just so you know, he and his brother and their band also WRITE their OWN music. The covers that Dan does, he does because all of the artists inspired him through his childhood, his teen years, and into his adulthood. Now he HONORS the creators by covering their music. It's definitely OK to appreciate both the original AND the cover. In actuality, most of the original artists LOVE having Dan cover their work. Some even join him to sing the songs they wrote.
