Woo-sung has distinct voice actually. It sounds like his voice is in the midst of coldness and hotness... strong and soft. It's deep but laidback at the same time. I can't explain his voice is unique-- extreme.

I found them 11/2 years ago on youtube, just by chance. I was completely blown away. so now that BTS is on hiatus, their new material comes at the perfect timeing. I saw them perform at Madcool festival in Madrid 2 weeks ago, it was amazing, I will definitely see them live again, when they go on tour. ❤

I stumbled upon The Rose on Spotify when I first heard their song, She’s in the rain about 3 weeks ago and I just loved the lead singer’s raspy voice so I went down a rabbit hole and realized he was same singer featured on Suga’s song, Snooze and knew I had to create a playlist just for The Rose and Woosung’s solo songs. I have been addicted since and now a new Black Rose aside from being an Army. I thank Suga for introducing the world to such an amazing band. I can’t wait to see them live in October. Woosung’s vocals are just everything to me! I can listen to his voice all day! 😍🌹

I love The Rose, saw them in Seattle last November. Woosung's voice just gives me all the good feels. When Agust D's track list was revealed, I almost cried when I saw that Woosung would be featured on Snooze. And the song Snooze itself makes me cry almost every time I hear it, I feel so loved and comforted by it. This new song is an absolute banger and I was screaming it out my open car windows all the way to work this morning!

I’ve been a BLACK ROSE since 2019. I love them. Their music is amazing whether they sing in English or Korean . So happy that more people are discovering them. Sammy, Leo, Jeff and Dylan (their English names) deserve the all the recognition they get. So thankful that they are getting the chance to share their music with the world!

I was in Korea when they first debuted and even saw them live at Music Bank when they released their second single "Like We Used To" (definitely worth checking out!) which is why The Rose has a very special place in my heart and reminds me of great times. Now those times are over I love the lyrics and the song even more 🥲 And I really love Woosung's voice 😍 He does that voice cracking thing a lot, btw 😁Otherwise I'd suggest "Baby" and "Red" which are super great, upbeat songs! I also love there OST song for the serie strangers, the song is called strangers, its a darker song. I just LOVE it, it's been on repeat ever since they released it. I hope you will check this song also. But I also love RED and so many other songs from them. They are so underrated it hurts. And like you said they could do so many great genres, just Woosung with his voice alone, like damn that man can sing, his solo songs are also on repeat for me, his collaboration song with suga his voice just shows it he can sing so so good, he has charisma, is just on stage one sexy guy, he pulls you in and is just mesmerizing on stage live 😅❤ but all 4 off them are just mind blowing great togheter. I love there interviews and they really really deserve a lot more recognition and more fans and deserve to perform on bigger stages. I hope that one day that day will come for them ❤

I had a phase where I used to listen to this style of music a lot, but I've kind of phased off of it. I had heard of the Rose because Woosung featured on Snooze and I loved his voice. I've listened to a few their other songs and really liked them. But this one? Honestly, as soon as Woosung started singing, he hadn't even gotten 3 words into it, and I was immediately like "Oh yeah. I remember this genre." And once the main beat kicked in? I'm hooked. I. Love. This.

After I fell in the Bts rabbit hole and then started to branch out to other k music, woosung’s solo song Face was one of the first I heard. Absolutely fell in love with his voice. Then discovered he was actually in a band and then fell into their discography. 3 years later, after discovering many, many other groups I loved…it’s still Bts and The Rose at top for me💜🥀
