So much fun! Dimash became famous overnight in China after his appearance on the singing competition I Am Singer. He lived there for a few years after the show and worked quite a lot. His other soundtrack tune is from a sci-fi film called Creators: The Past. The song is called Across Endless Dimensions. He also sings the Diva Dance song from the movie Fifth Element. The Bastau version is the best one and most true to the movie version.

I've never been a fan of Power Rangers but I love this. Everytime I hear DImash sing this theme (yes I wish the west could get this version too) I want to hear Dimash sing more rock, his voice most definitely can handle it. And I have a request - hoping you would like to see something completely fresh. Last saturday Dimash had a solo concert in Yerevan, Armenia. Just hours before the show he heard an Armenian folk song "Sareri Hovin Mernem" that he liked so much that he decided to perform it during the concert to show respect and gratitude towards the local audience. He got a standing ovation, it's a haunting performance and at the end he uses his voice to mimic the sound of the Duduk (Armenian national instrument). It's a performance absolutely worth watching! I am too old for power rangers but love this song. Main exercise song. This and Durdaraz are my 2 fav. Rock songs that are keeping me patient while waiting for Dimash to release a Heavy Metal song. Hopefully symphonic metal or something close to Dio's stuff. Let us hope he does not have to create a song for every language on the planet first or I will die of old age before the Metal song.🤣🤣🤣 Great reaction John. You must be of similar age to my son whos story is extremely similar to yours, except he was mad for the red Power Ranger. He literally wouldn't have ever taken his power ranger outfit off if it hadn't been for the fact all kids wear school uniform in the UK so he had no choice. Somebody put together a different video from the one I've seen over the past couple yrs. Correct me if I'm wrong. But, it's still good. Dimash was perfect for this song. Those high notes at the end...all him. So glad you got to hear it. Enjoyed your reaction so much. Ocean Across the Time is also a theme song he did for an animated Chinese video game. It won an award I believe. It's very beautiful. As is Dimash. ❤

A new word that I hadent heard before thoue its close to "Dimashified" that we are saying when we cant even find the words to discribe whats going on during Dimash singing and we just woundering "HOW" "HOW" can he do this like that!!!!! During his 4,5 years in China Dimash did everything. To me it seems he was some kind of super weapon to the Chinese TV industry. He was in every show and did a lot of music for movies etc. But I'm not complaining, every song is just fantastic. True masterpieces were created back then.

I totally understand your love of the Power Rangers. I was obsessed myself when I was a teenager. I loved every one of them, but my favorite was Kimmy, the Pink Ranger. Then I came across Dimash singing the main theme to it. OMG! Insane! I thought it was too easy for him, to be honest, but he Dimashified it in the best possible way. Freaking C#5, D5, F#5, then in comes his legendary head voice with a C #6 in there and then a powerful G#5 at the end. 😮😮😮 Teenage nostalgia kicked in! Thank you, John, for your reaction!

So glad you made me revisit this! It came out of course back in 2017 when the movie was released in China. I was still reeling from the Singer 2017 Dimash songs at the time and didn’t pay much attention to this. Now I noticed all those cool vocal acrobatics at the end. Wow!!!❤❤❤
