Wait I thought that in eternal they let mick use guitars. The story I heard was that in 2016 they said no guitars and in eternal they said that he could. And I also heard that in the "only thing they fear is you" there was the lawn mower but in meathook there was a chainsaw. I didn't hear anything about it with cultist base at all so.... (I might be wrong on this tho idk)

@@Ladle_Lover Yeah, that's true. He snuck guitars into 2016's music gradually until they changed their mind. But regardless, Cultist Base uses no guitars.

Hey Rich! Bit of an obscure request for you. Mick Gordon also did some of the soundtrack for the fighting game Killer Instinct. The song Inferno is an absolute banger. Not a nonstop Djent fest like Doom (there’s actually a KI song called Type-03 that is very djenty). Inferno has some lighter, faster elements, but it’s still very crunchy and heavy, and has masterful guitar work in it

Regarding vocals in Mick Gordon's songs- yea, they are sprinkled here and there, demons' chanting and other things like that. HOWEVER the coolest thing is that he actually has an entire song composed of almost nothing BUT vocals- it's called Kar en Tuk and it's extremely good. I am almost certain you will like it or at least find it interesting since you are a metal vocalist :3

What happened to mick is he wasn’t given enough time to mix the entire soundtrack and someone at Bethesda did most of the mixing and did a terrible job of it so he left Id software
