It was an Xbox release for Japan only in 2004. If you know anything about the Xbox sales in Japan, they are very poor. However when the game did leak out into the west people loved it, and then in 2016 Devolver asked FROM via twitter is they could work on an 'import release' to bring it to the west proper.

Zone of the enders. Now that's a mech game. Super high speed robot action. Although I can beat the game in 3 hours, its really fun. From software get the rights to Zone of the Enders please! It's the only mech game I've enjoyed playing!

Spicy milfs in your area if you haven’t seen anything about it, oh boy just you wait... All jokes aside the game is very good. It was a Japanese exclusive game for the Original Xbox in 2004 in which the President, Michael Wilson, fights for America’s freedom against the evil Vice President, Richard Hawk. It’s got great gameplay and super cheesy voice acting, so if you’re into that I wholeheartedly recommend it!
