Omg these knives are too expensive for me! The most I would spend on a knife is like $50-$100 bucks! Might even be cheaper. The switch blades you showed I would have loved having but $500. Outta my range! Great knives but can you do a vid with lower price range and that can be taken apart for shipping ...

Funny thing about that WE/GTC Solid, which I think VERY attractive, is that it’s got a lockbar cutout ON BOTH SIDES! But apart from that I love the angularity. It looks forward modern to me! It is on my long list.

Im all for pushing the envelope on design in fact I think it has to be done in order for society to move forward. We knives does this a lot. You look at like fashion week and you see people wearing nothing but plastic bubbles and weird makeup. They are pushing the limits of fashion to see what really works. And I kind of think thats whats happening here with the robot turd. WE, Rike knives and others are known for kind of pushing those boundaries and shit man sometimes it really really works! Here though I just dont think it makes it. It may be highly functional but I dont think thats a look that does it for most folks.

The WE Cybernetic has a super style factor that reminds me of some super sleek knife Enzo Ferrari would carry. Definitely the most streamlined of the knives in the video. The lines all flow so smoothly from end to end.

Me: That Kunwu definitely copied the Rotten Evo. Metal Complex (in every Kunwu video): It's definitely not a copy of an Evo. Not even close. Let me tell you all the reasons your eyes are wrong. Its grey and it has texured scales and the handle is slightly different! Have you spoken with the knife makers on that Kunwu not being a copy of the Evo and they agree? Or are you just sharing your opinion that it's not?

I'm sharing my opinion. If we say it's a copy of the Evo, then we have to say the Evo is a copy of the sng, and that a million other designs are copies of a million other designs. Does it have a passing resemblance? Yes. Is it an exact copy? That's more than a stretch.

The ohlone goat axl even has an adjustment to apply more tension on the omega springs. I tried it out but I think the default is plenty of tension.

IF you are getting button stick try to rotate the button some. It will change the way it feels. Until you find a good spot. This works.

Only putting one thumb stud on that Severn is a disgrace, so cheap and super off putting assymetry, a shame on such an unreal piece otherwise, I mean it's both beautiful and not, while at the same time it's cool but almost too cool to the point of being cringe, the continuous lines are superb in the open profile, the closed profile is kind of mid though. The sound it makes is even unique. The location of the crossbar lock is kind of low on the handle, wonder how that feels compared to a "regular" crossbar. Very intriguing and if I could afford it I would for sure like to get one. Winters is a mad genius for sure.

As tempting as it is I just can’t get into feeling good about buying Chinese knives. American, German, Italian. I know its difficult to justify the price of a $300 Benchmade vs what seems like an equivalent $150 Civivi but as long as I can sell a Benchmade for 2/3 the cost of new second hand vs no one is interested in buying a second hand Chinese knife I’m good with the price difference.

You are very incorrect about the secondary market for some Chinese knives. Certain knives won't hold value, sure. But that's the same with any country of origin. Some Chinese knives not only retain value, they increase. There's no difference. You just have to pick the right stuff. Go see what a Reate Jack 1.5 in Mokuti sells for right now on ebay. Those are made in China. I bought mine originally for about $900...

Bryan Winters is a genius. Maybe A fidget blade god. Blade geometry A+,ingenuity A+, quality A+. I understand the ting of the factor was just a happenstance of the manufacturing process which he thankful decided to keep and this would have been after the fact but instead of the name factor it should have been resonance.

My splurge knife this year, and a nearly perfect EDC knife is the Brown Knives Mini FSD-i. I definitely prefer the integrated/liner lock to the Brown Lock. The front flipper ergonomics happen to work great for me, though the fuller is by far the most satisfying deployment method, with a perfectly tuned detent.
