@THE GREATEST NOOB ALIVE That's strange. I've never had a problem recording with Bandicam. You may be using some ENB Series that is doing this on your RE4, this has already happened to me with Acction. It did not show the FPS when the ENB Series files were inside the RE4 folder and so I could not record.
