Yes their songs in Italian are always meaningful and I think that this angry one was dedicated to their haters and to others musicians who consider the band a simply commercial phenomenon. Btw the fans we know that even they are young they have a large background as buskers and they have been working a lot to give us this great music and lyrics. During the last year they did a lot of concerts were you can see how people react to their performances. Bye

Hi, Blake. I really appreciate your reaction. They are generally much better live, even if they record all playing together. When they have public they always give their best. Even when they are forced to sing "Beggin'" for the millionth time.😁They are still so young (23/21) and are still experimenting, even though they have been known in Italy since they were just 16/18 years old. And, of course, from the start they had to deal with quite a few haters, who believed they were just kids with pretty faces.

Nice review. Their Italian music is a little deeper and poetic due to the language barrier. However Damiano, who writes the lyrics is becoming much more proficient in English so we may be seeing that in the new album. My favorite English song is For Your Love, yes a live version Yes, you will see that their songs tend to cover multiple sounds, styles, and even genres. Their Rock ballads in Italian are amazing! Torna a Casa, Vent Ani, and Coraline being my favorites

You may also like Lividi sui gomiti! Oh, and one of my favourites is La paura del buio (the lyrics are brilliant!) - and For your love :) And if you want to listen to some ballads, I suggest Coraline and Vent'Anni. They are so diverse, and have so many great songs!

Текст, содержание песни, как ни странно ,довольно точно отражает сегодняшнее состояние группы, или , возможно, некую мифологию вокруг группы и Дамиано. Эмоции фанатов 😏... Их "смешанный" стиль возник ,видимо, из-за богатого музыкального багажа всех члены группы - помимо Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Metallica, которые они часто упоминают , они, и на улицах Рима, и на ранних концертах играли, и знают много классических рок-каверов. Основатели - Виктория и Томас (гитаристы ) предпочитают тяжёлый рок , Итан, барабанщик, джаз и альтернативу, Дамиано - и фанк, и панк, и глэм - микс. А я просто обожаю, как он исполняет "Black Hole Sun " с Томасом, под акустическую гитару, во время карантинного зума... Более профессионального,точного исполнения трудно представить ! Ну , и конечно, что происходит на их реальных,живых концертах, описать невозможно... Ранние- это конечно особая радость для женской аудитории-🔞😳 , благо, 18 ему уже исполнилось на X factor 😁...но об этом, тут ничего не пишу ,естественно🤭 ! На летних же, международных концертах, чувствовалось влияние Игги Поп, с которым они записали IWBS. ( И , конечно, " I wanna be your dog "- просто великолепно исполнили 💯👍💥🤘‼️) Ждём новых событий, кажется, уже скоро ‼️

The singer Damiano David is writing most of the songs together with the other Måneskin members. He is born 1999 and all the others are even younger than him. Unbelievable, they are so talented and I'm beyond happy that I got to know them thanks to Eurovision 🤟

I think you are spot on - whether they play rock or pop or else...there is often a funky side (mind you they touch all genres including Reggae with "Are You Ready". Their first songs were more into Funk-Rock like Moriro' Da Re (have you reacted to it? Great video too).

you got basically everything about the lyrics, except the fact they are actually 20 (23 to 21) and Damiano wrote this when he was 21 a couple of years ago, so he is talking of themselves in that moment and not in the past. i know, they don't look and don't sound 20yo 😂

Yeah. They've been active for over five years, six a seven if you count their time as buskers. But even now they are still pretty young and learning more with every performance. ( this shows if you compare their performance of 'For your love' at wdr live 1, with their performance of the same song at iheartradio alter ego festival) It also shows in all the different styles of the songs.
