When you hear the word of god in the right time, it speaks to you and begin to feel the spirit in you. It feels like you want to cry, sometimes hate. I believe its god who you feel and his love and sorrow he feels for us. I think you guys felt this at the end when the lady apprehended the guys who were on their way to get revenge for their loss. Im not religious but I believe in god.

@26:08 Who cares what form the sentiment comes from? The song isn't saying that baptism will solve your problems, it's just the form it came in the case of this story. Being annoyed at the religious perspective sounds petty to me. Religion is how these lessons were passed down all throughout history, especially regarding questions of life and death, and you want that dissociated from a personable story Kendrick wrote? I think you need to give religion a fair perspective even if you don't believe it.
