Metallica-For Whom the Bells Toll: Retuned A-440 Version

Hi! my guitar & amp have been stolen I have set up a go fund me request:

The Studio version is "out of tune" to Jam with...
So I Re-Tuned it in A-440....ENJOY!!!!
From "Ride", the following songs are not in 440:
3- "Bellz"
4- "Fade to Black"
7- "Creeping Death"
I will upload all 3 GREAT Tunes in A-440. Thanx!!

For all of you wondering, the original is actually in E half sharp. This is because A usually equals 440 hz and Bb usually equals 466 hz. The original is in 453 hz which is halfway in between! Super cool!

Hi ! Yeah the original is tuned to A=453 Hz (very sharp) And fun fact : it was made in order to match the tuning of the anvil "bell" that's hit at the beginning of the song :D I personnally prefer the original over the 440 Hz version, but both have a different feel :D

If my memory is right, the producers sped up basically everything up until Ride The Lightning(the song) to make it have a tighter sound.

@@ry7xsfa872 Your argument is still invalid. Whatever is used (sampled) can be adjusted, be it an anvil or a bell.There is speed and then there is pitch, you mixed up the two.

I playing enter sandman for my marching band and the band played in the key of A sharp so I had to tune sandman down from E standard to A sharp standard on a 6 string and shit was brutal.

+Arjun Saxena Hi!! I used Audacity on some (freeware) + Sonar Home Studio 7 on others. Audacity is free...it has a built in time thingy.....takes a lot of time to get the right pitch> it just woun't do it for you.....Time...privacy and your ears is all you should need. Thank You..........R
