As many of you know KZbin can be an unpredictable and often unfair place when it comes to copyright rules and their enforcement. If our video ends up getting cut due to copyright reasons it will be labeled in the title as a Review rather than a Reaction. The music video portion of the video will be cut out and you will only see our before and after thoughts. Unfortunately this is the best we can do under those circumstances and we would appreciate a Like rating on our videos to help us overcome any negative algorithmic affects.

everybody talking about trimming songs on 72S here and there but I wouldnt mind if this one went on 20 minute mark. so soothing and beautiful . goosebumps on middle section solos EVERY TIME. that is not happening very often, at least not to me.

Right?! There's that first pre chorus "LYING, SUPPLYING THE NEED SHEDDING AND SPREADING THE SEED SETTING THE TRAP WITH A THREAD SPINNING THE WEB", that is amazing but they only do it once. I wish they had more of that rhythm.

I’m literally crying during Inamorata and I know I’m not the only one… when this song came on at the theater premiere and that opening riff first hit I literally yelled WTF and people were around me like yessssss.

The song has a lot lot to say, it never feels like a long song, James vocals are so good, The solos are on point. The mid section, Harmonies and the rhythm (Misery, my misery part) towards the end gave me goosebumps❤

This song really hits me in the feels and has brought me to tears, not just the lyrics, but the music itself is emotionally powerful! I love that this album is soo reflective, it gives an "old man reflecting on life" vibe and it's awesome. Even better is the fact that James is delivering his best vocal performances of his entire career on this album, I personally rate 72 Seasons a 9.5 out of 10! Best Metallica album in decades!! 🤘🤘🤙🤙

My Friend Of Misery part 2, My Friend Of Misery is in my Top 5 Metallica songs and I was really hoping we would get another song along those lines. That's probably why I love this song soo much, I was nervous about the video being terrible but it's actually the best animated video on the album! Thanks soo much guys for covering all of these Metallica releases, it's been a great journey!

Guys, you need to listen to this songs a few (maybe only 2) times. It's an epic masterpiece. I wasn't sure about it on 1st listen, but now it is like a drug. I would boldly say that it stands up against their classic songs, like Orion etc etc etc 🤘🔥

I don’t agree that this song at itself without the video is not good. Is an amazing song with good transitions amazing melodies, great lyrics, and never feels like 11mins. This song is amazing. But i agree the video compliments the song so good.

I love this song!! Has that classic Metallica sound,peppered in with a bluesy feel. I think James' vocals are top notch. I love the tempo of this song. Video fits the mood of it perfectly.

I'm pretty sure the bottles aren't water. It's that last bit of booze you think will make all the difference in the world but only brings misery. It's not until the woman (wife/lover) who shows up at the end that he walks off with her, the fox comes upon the bones of the man's past, very cool!

Last solo is a James’ solo. They way the wah is used is very unique and the note selection and licks has the Papa Het feeling

Crown of barbed wire was cheap but story was good and plot twist was awesome. and vilain looks like Glen Benton. however, this is the best animation video by far from this album. still waiting for explanation for chasing light and too far gone abominations. Its company that makes 3D videos so it will probably work with 3d glasses.

Either Inamorata or Room of Mirrors got the best one for me. I have no idea what even went through to make Too Far Gone. Absolutely the worst one. Chasing Light got those god awful flashing lights but atleast got the band goofing around so it gets a chuckle out of you the first time, but Too Far Gone is just nope.

Loved and enjoyed this modern day Metallica masterpiece of a song. This is just my opinion but what if Inamorata was just left as an instrumental?....I mean this song has that instrumental feel that would have been right up there with Call Of Ktulu and Orion.

My favourite video is definitely this one. My least favourite video which I think is ridiculously bad is the one for too far gone. That song is one of my personal favourite songs off this album but the video sucks man. I mean what the actual hell is going on in that video? What is Lars doing in the croner?! Lol. Anyway, great reaction guys!! Take care.

The song does go somewhere, maybe it could've been trimmed down to 8-9 minutes or more nice variations could've been added to this song to have it at 12 minutes. Cause I listen to a good number of songs that are 18 minutes or longer, especially in the progressive genre, which are great. So I know it can definitely be done. Overall I think this song is great even though it may feel a little too long. The "72 Seasons" as a whole is a decent album in my opinion. If you guys would like to have reactions and reviews of long songs, you can check more progressive bands like Yes, Gentle Giant, King Crimson, Fates Warning, Symphony X, Shadow Gallery, ... Maybe try Gentle Giant- Proclamation Yes- The Gates of Delirium Fates Warning- The Light and Shade of Things Symphony X- The Edge of Forever

For me the worst song of the album, way too long, like 6 songs of the new album. And due to the length that is too long, many songs also feel too monotonous, which of course is also based on the mostly mid-tempo of the songs.
