12:57 this is something they need to improve on. With a massive stage like that you can’t have three band members all huddle together in the same small section. 85% of the rest of the stage will be empty and most people on the floor can’t see them. They need to be start spreading out and each covering 1/4 of the stage and rotate around evenly
