Is it weird? is it, i donno, too loud to experience Metallica like that? :)) (altough these days i always carry ear protection, but you get the point). @@MisuAlexandru1 Hmmm.... no, not too loud. It was in an outdoor stadium, so after the 1st show, my ears weren't ringing or anything like that. It WAS LOUD, but not like an indoor show. The 2nd show was intense & for me - better than the 1st. Not weird at all, although I wasn't very awake at work the nxt day. It was CRAZY FUN!! I've seen them live at INDOOR shows, & my ears rang afterwards 4SURE, but this was not like that at all!! I hope that answers your question!! Peace!!

I went to both Friday and Sunday shows in Edmonton, the weather was amazing, this is an awesome venue. And the show? WOW! I have been to many, many outdoor shows and this was the best I have ever seen, from the lighting, to especially the sound. I have never heard sound so clear and crisp. Speaker technology and the placements of them was surely a factor. Not playing in the end of the stadium also helps. The band never sounded more precise, in tune and in time as ever! That's what you get from a band that doesn't over produce their music in the recording studio and sound EXACTLY as they do live! I'm checking flights to Mexico city right now.
