Are those skull/bones inlays a sticker you can buy or do they come on the guitar?

It's the Kirk Hammett signature guitar (Esp Ltd Kh 202) and yes the inlays are not stickers and comes with the guitar 🎸

How difficult do you think this song is out of 10? Its giving a pretty hatd time on the "light it up" part

Can't really tell you a rating of some sort cause is really subjective. For that player can be a 7, for that 3, etc. But I can tell you that the part you have mentioned requires stamina, and precision in alternate/tremolo picking plus a good palm muting technique so my suggestion is to practice alternate picking without palm muting and then when you are able to play the entire section add the palm muting
