James Graham why would you say this. The fact that you made this statement means that there could be a legitimate chance of this being true, and even if it’s just a minuscule amount, I can’t live with the idea of George Lucas absolutely destroying and shredding Metallica riffs the same as the prequels and my Star Wars dreams. I can’t live with this chance. Look upon what you’ve done. A man has died. It’s all your fault. Just because you had to bring up he has the same dressing habits and has the exact same body structure as George. Lucas.

Probably Wake Up Dead. Dave Mustain created that walkdown. He calls it the “spider chord”. It´s probably his most obvious fingerprint on Ride the Lightning Edit: in this very video you can see the guitarist playing it the same way as Mustain. Alternating his fingers instead of physically moving his hand up and down to be above the low E and A strings. This makes it sound smoother.
@low_easy4 жыл бұрын
@@eseguerito2629 Yeah I was being ironic in my comment. The chromatic walk down riff sure came from Mustaine's idea which he put later in the Wake Up Dead song. I thought the spider chord came originally from Holy Wars btw...

Only problem I have is that my funds situation won’t at least at this point allowed me to get a guitar. Any tips or even person help on what I should do, it would change my world.
@petar2984 жыл бұрын
From my experience, a low-mid range guitar and a Line 6 Spider IV will do the job really well. A really cheap starter pack could demotivate you as it is not as nice to play. You could always look at second hand guitars and especially second hand amplifiers. If you know someone that plays guitar you could ask them to come with you to pick out a nice guitar for little money. I would look at epiphone, squier, ibanez or any other common guitar brands over the store brand starter packs that you see. I have tried a lot of very cheap second hand guitars that are really nice to play considering the price. I think if you look for second hand stuff, you could get a Line 6 spider IV 15 Watt and a nice starting guitar for €100. Hope this helped a bit :)
@saturnrings62064 жыл бұрын
Petar298 wow, thank for the response. And 2 years back I bought a cheap electric from some store but like you said it’s demotivating to learn cause how it plays. But I guess I just need to start saving up and put money to the side, thanks for the tips and advice🤟🏽
