@andyb1653
@andyb1653 3 жыл бұрын
Well they're not stupid, they may have realized that the period from MoP to ReLoad was when they were at the height of their power and prestige. St. Anger, Lulu and Death Magnetic were like Metallica going through a mid life crisis (almost like they were a bunch of middle-age guys or something, y'know?) Now they've got past it, and they look back at their career and ask themselves "Well, what worked?", pointed at the mid-80s to mid-90s and said "well, THAT shit worked". I'm hopeful for their future. Hardwired represents (to me anyway) the guys hitting the gym and getting back in shape. There were signs of the old band all over that album.

Sure, but I would say, no wonder, had some time off, 1. because of his own issues he was dealing with and 2. because they couldn't go on with their tour. And all of them aren't young anymore. Even if the life on tour will be more comfortable for them than it was before it sure is exhausting going from here to there and giving 100% at every show.

New blood joins this earth And quickly he's subdued Through constant pain disgrace The young boy learns their rules With time the child draws in This whipping boy done wrong Deprived of all his thoughts The young man struggles on and on he's known A vow unto his own That never from this day His will they'll take away What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never be Never see Won't see what might have been What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven They dedicate their lives To running all of his He tries to please them all This bitter man he is Throughout his life the same He's battled constantly This fight he cannot win A tired man they see no longer cares The old man then prepares To die regretfully That old man here is me What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never be Never see Won't see what might have been What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never be Never see Won't see what might have been What I've felt What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven You labeled me I labeled you So I dub thee unforgiven Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven You labeled me I labeled you So I dub thee unforgiven Never free Never me So I dub thee unforgiven
