I just look up the song on KZbin "drumless" and if that's not there then I use Moises. Sometimes if there's the drum track but not a drumless version I'll put the drum track in the session and then flip the phase.

Hey, I just recently found your channel an your drumming is awesome! I've been thinking about drumming as a musical activity for a while so it'd be nice if I know from a professional, when you first started drumming was it easy, if I were to buy a drum set what should I get?

It's hard to say - my dad is a musician so I grew up playing and just developed skill over time. But certainly there are mental hurdles and coordination walls to break through. I've found that limb independence work always feels the same - the first time you learn a beat there is a certain mental strain that I associate with developing independence. It's a very focused thing - the more time you spend in that focus the more your skill will develop. Hmm - maybe I should make a video about this.
