Again its Meta scientific Ayushi ji....colloquially ive just said scientific in the vdo. Who knows, if theres a way we can experiment it, this might turn into scientific from being meta scientific. :)

Its only initially that you keep it erect. As the meditation happens, slouching is natural. Dont worry :)

Hi Ayushi ji. Thanks for asking. Just as OxyMoron doesnt mean there's a Moron in there :p(on a lighter note)... Metaphysics doesn't really have physics in there either...its speculative, instinctive and intuitive. Its more a thought experiment as opposed to Physics which is a lab experiment so to say. Hope this clarifies🙏
