I would love to hear more about Aiden's Course in Miracles experience. I'm sorry to say i began this in my 40s at the apex of my new age delerium. I did the course and the moment i finished it decided to become Catholic. I entered the Church with ACIM understanding of reality. thanks be to God the grace of baptism worked on me and i became Catholic some time after my official reception into the Church. I still feel quite traumatised by my time thinking like ACIM. Fascinating to hear the author repudiated it!
