You’re checking too close to rear sprocket, needs to be in centre of chain run. Your chain will be very slack now.

Yes you are right. This is very IMP. This Re chain is One mtr. Close to rear rim and tyre edge is 50 CM we need to check free play. Also you need to check rear Axle mark to be same at both side so your rear wheel is dead straight.Regards.

Brother, maine same process kia lekin fir mera wheel abhi freely nai ghum raha, maine wo nut ko zyada tight nai kia utna hi tight kia jitne pehle tha, feels like ye process karne k baad brake pads tight hoke disc ko ghis rahe, aisa kyu ho raha h?

Jaha se loose aur tight kar rahe waha pe marking hai. Agar dhyaan se dekho to samjh aayega. Wo dono side me match karna hai. Means equal hona cahiye. Read carefully: Bike ke Left side me jo marking hai usme dekho right marking ko aur right side ke left marking se match karna hai Agar proper match nahi hoga to back wala wheel ka alignment gadbad ho jayega.
