Royal Enfield Chain sound problem | solved | NCR Motorcycles |

Chain sets aren’t cheap but we can delay it’s replacement with a cheap fix. A blend of engine oil and petrol is good enough to clean and lube the chain. However, this is only to be done if the chain is too dry, else lubrication with a gear oil should do the job. A humble request, never use kerosene oil or diesel for this, it will ruin the chain instead.

I was also once stuck out of nowhere when my petrol suddenly went empty 14 years back in boxer 100cc bike. I had 4 km to reach home at night 11 pm . One person came out of thick night on badly maintenance bike but managed to give half liter petrol from his bike . I thanked him and offered 100₹ as thanking gesture which he didn't take and vanished in dark .

I had same issue with my 1 month old re classic 350 reborn. I ride it 900km and delayed the first service due to some personal problems. As this is rainy season, my chain got rust and start making the same sound. This video helped me to get the chain ready again at home. Thank you very much bro.

This is the correct way to clean the Drive chain. Only petrol goes inside the rollers and oil mixed petrol protect the o ring too good idie. 💪👍. Well cleaned what about inner sprocket. It may cleaned before ok🌹
