what kind of steel do u use in the hammers? Would sharpenning them help for some materials? Thanks!
@williamscrusher5 жыл бұрын
Hi Martin, the hammer shape and material depends on the application. These are not hammers that would be sharpened. If you would like to discuss your application in detail, please contact us with more information by calling (314) 621-3348 or send an email to info@williamscrusher.com.

Why you have 2 holes in your blade?
@williamscrusher10 ай бұрын
The hammers being installed in this video are our double end hammers. We also offer single end hammers that only have (1) hammer bolt hole. The (2) holes in the double end hammer allow the hammer to be reversed. This increases the wear life of the hammer. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us by calling (314) 621-3348 or send an email to info@williamscrusher.com.

What is the motor horse power?
@williamscrusher5 жыл бұрын
Hi Sameh, The motor and horsepower are determined by the application and the mill's size. Meteor mills in general run at a high speed. Feel free to contact us at (314) 621-3348 or email info@williamscrusher.com to discuss your application and needs.

Very interisting.. how i can get your technical drawing sir?
@williamscrusher7 жыл бұрын
Hi Syaiful. We will be happy to send you a copy of the hammer arrangement drawing for your Williams mill. Please provide the 5-digit Williams serial number located on a brass plate on the side of your mill. If this tag is missing, the serial number is also located on the drive side bearing pedestal, and stamped in the shaft keyways. If you would like to reply in a less public manner, you can send us a request through our website, www.williamscrusher.com. Thanks for your inquiry and have a great day!
