Void takes 100 friend heart hits to kill. Now this is wild speculation but Kirby 64 came out in 2000, so this may be another refernce to 02. This is supported by both the somber music and the fact the it takes 97 hearts to kill void soul, which may be a refernce to 0s fist appearence in 1997. Probably looking too far into this, but if its intentional it's a reallly cool easter that only an insane person like myself would be able to find. Edit: The music also coincides with this theory as void soul's theme is fast and frantic like zero's while void's theme is slow and somber like 02.

19:10 actually, the point of that attack is if youre transformed into a rock, it hits anyways, so its just an attack to make sure you aint just gonna stand there all day until your allies beat him up or so you just dont stay hidden and randomly attacking for the rest of the fight, same with the dark orb move Also, the reason theres no parallel for silvox and goldon is pretty obvious, they werent posessed by any dark hearts or gotten any tragiedies happen to them, and parallels are only born when the original was at least once filled with negative energy, in krackos case, the pause screen states that kracko himself is made out of tears and sadness or whatever so thats why he has a parallel

What I really love about the Kirby games, is how it can be enjoyable as an easygoing, relaxing, and simple game in its story mode to a real test of skill and strategy with its boss rushes, and the vast amount of options you can go by tackling it, with your abilities or the classic inhale and spit mode. It’s understandable that Star Allies was a bit of a disappointment in some cases. But I’m still going to really enjoy it when I get it this Christmas, especially with the DLC. I need to master the Soul Melter EX. BTW, great job of beating it dude, and thanks for all the helpful tips.

Here's a tip for void. Well a couple. In the first phase, break the eyes on his shoulders and chest until they're almost broken. Then, as your moving toward him, break all three of them. This stuns him three times in a row, giving you the chance to get behind him. For the 2nd phase, if you see a more glowing hieroglyphic come out of him, immediately try breaking that. It has a maxim tomato. I have no tips to give for 3rd or final phase. Hope this helps though. It helped me Edit: do NOT inhale the glowing hieroglyphic. You won't be able to get the maxim tomato that way. You'll have to spit projectiles at it while avoiding death and avoiding going to the next phase. Another thing I have to point out about it, it takes a lot of hits to break it. Edit again: I just thought of a new hint for phase 3. When he summons 4 master crowns, make sure your not at the edge of the stage first. Look at the direction the laser is coming towards you and go in that direction. You can out run it. Once the laser stops, immediately go the other direction to not get hit by the next laser. Edit again: for the final phase, you can duck under the dark mind lasers. Only the dark mind lasers though.

Don't feel bad for using the red rune thing for a Maxim Tomato, it's pretty much an intended gameplay mechanic and intentionally requires effort to break. Though personally I have no trouble doing the ground and flight phases of the final boss shooter no damage, not too bad once you get the hang of it, just remember to change directions so you don't get trapped on the edges lol

A tip is in first form void termina, it’s not the best idea to stand near the edge of the arena, if you stand closer to him, it’s much easier to dodge it because you would have more room to move forwards and backwards. What I do is jump over the grounded waves, move back a little and go under the air waves and repeat.

This is actually inspired by Touhou 15.5 Antimony of Common Flowers. The same Kanji's are seen in Joon and Shion's fight. Just something I'd thought I'd share.

If you fail to kill Void after his dark matter cycle his attacks get harder for the next 2 rounds. His fire ball is unpredictable and his dark mind attack goes down.

Initially beat it by cheesing it, then always practice without them. Considering the multiple hidden levels of health these Parallel bosses have, in order to know exactly how they're going to attack, I have to use no abilities to judge the movesets

PinkBlueSapphire I had the same problem what I did was Marx Marx Marx Ice mr frosty dude and get the ice power for everyone then fly up and spam the ball if you lose on void soul just retry. You don’t even need to guard but it helpes
