We are all human, and while the word of God serves as a guide, being involved in church does not exempt anyone from sin. It is important to conduct proper due diligence on a person before entering a relationship or marriage. Understanding their family background can provide valuable insights. Lastly, praying to God for guidance in making the right choices is crucial. Sometimes we rush into relationships and marriages due to external pressures from parents, friends, or societal expectations. However, marriage is not a competition. It is far better to delay and eventually settle down with the right person than to end up with broken hearts and damaged families. Finally, I pray that the gentleman seeks counseling and moves forward in his life. However, I strongly advise him not to rush into another relationship until he has healed from the pain he endured. Otherwise, he may find himself hurting someone else and ultimately repeating the same cycle. May God guide him on his journey of healing.
