Can someone explain to me what the deal with Innervate is? Innervate's only effect is that you wont spent mana right? But between 3:35 and 3:50 they say it kinda gives a damage boost?

It’s as azarite trait I believe gives a big int buff but it’s supposed to be for resto lol

It's an azerite trait Boomies can take. It offers less consistent damage but more burst. The more spells cdew casts when he has innervate, the more intellect it gives Sam. It lasts 20 seconds. Each cast gives so much intellect. That's why he played troll for the racial so he could get more casts off. Sam gets a bunch of intellect + he pops incarn. So he's a one shotting machine.

BFA skill ceiling is so much lower than previous expansions (not all of them). Samiyam just walks around in bear form taking barely any damage, pops incarn and 2 shots with starsurge. Blizzard have never understood the definition of skill ceiling, their games are always horrendously bad.

@@sarahsin4238 Not that it isn't broken, but that wasn't an exploit. The way Lively Spirit works isn't determined by whether or not innervate is actually on a target or not. If you remove the innervate buff and cast the boomkin will still get the stacks of Lively Spirit. So, what they did was innervate in the starting room, spam spells, then when the gates opened innervate would be removed, but a second or so later Lively Spirit stacks would appear where he would instantly go into stealth to hide it from the other team.

I like how blizzard has clearly gone after dozens of busted stacking traits, that had they not, these boomkins would still be making forum posts about being globald by rogues, warriors, etc while still having this global mechanic themselves. I don't know if there is a class any more crybaby than druid in general. Enjoy your forever disarm and one shot bs while it lasts.
