sir the second operation should be R2--> R2 - 3xR4 and R3--> R3 + 2xR4 , otherwise the second and third row will not become zero . please correct me if i am wrong.

thankyou sir was able to understand but ppl who have problen in finding the positive and negative sings just check how many negative numbers in the row if there is more negative it will be minus and vice versa
