Methods of Transistor Biasing
In previous amplifier circuits, two seperate batteries namely V(BB) and V(CC) are used. Due to simplicity and economy, it is desired that transistor circuit should have single source of supply (battery Vcc used in the output circuit). The following are the most commonly used methods of obtaining transistor biasing from one source of supply (i.e, Vcc)
1) Fixed bias or base bias
2) Base bias with emitter feedback
3) Collector to base bias
4) Voltage divider bias
